Dad just had prostrate surgery. He’s doing good. And we keep going…

For Bring Back Joel fans…  This is a little company band I’m in, and this is us playing our Christmas party last month.  We play a couple of BBJ songs, but we’re a cover band mostly (and technically playing a BBJ song even though I wrote it still makes it a cover).  We covered “Salad Days” and I really like our version of it…being as it was a song we almost NEVER played out.  So enjoy…

Horrifying Happy Hot Dog Nightmare Man

This reminds me of this “dish” they served in my grade school cafeteria called “Fat Man on Skis”.  They would slice a hot dog in half length-wise, put a scoop of mashed potatoes on it, then put a half slice of american cheese over the top.  it was really quite awful.

I guess it’s a good thing this deal isn’t available anymore or this would be on my shelf in the office…  The absence of the Ketchup Kritter and the Mustard Monster are a deal breaker.

Gotye- Somebody That I Used To Know

This song overtook my subconscious for about a week, by which I mean it kept creeping back into my head.  I actually listened to it so much I knew the words in like an hour or two. Also, the video is cool.
